Let’s talk about Equity
We will be discussing what equity means and aiming to equip you to identify inequities in your workplace.

We are honoured to have researchers from University of Auckland (UoA) come talk to us about the ethnic gender pay gap at the university and the research they are conducting to provide an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms that drive the numbers.

To ensure safe and open dialogue this will be a Women of Colour only event. We love our allies and know that our allies will understand that this particular event is for women with lived experience.

The gathering will not be recorded and we do ask that everyone who attends turn their cameras on. We encourage participation by sharing not just observing - even if it is just a connection or resonance with one or two other people. It is in these moments of hearing others' stories, that can make us feel less alone and that we belong to a community.
